  As part of an extension installed 10 years ago a cat slide roof supported by a wooden post was installed at the rear of our house. JR came to the rescue when the roof began to sink. As it wasn't clear how big the problem was, we agreed a basic contract with add-ons to cover other possible costs. JR carried out an investigation which revealed that the supporting post had rotted and the main beam tied to the post was warped. They then replaced the inadequate wooden structures with steel. During the course of the work, we met several members of the JR team and without exception they were polite and always willing to discuss the work. We were very pleased with the quality of the work and would strongly recommend JR to anyone seeking a professional roofing service.
