  Eye test went ok. Returned for glasses after 14 days, incorrect, distance glasses instead of reading / computer. Returned again after 7 days picked up new glasses, although ok for reading (up close) totally useless for PC monitor use, fond myself getting closer and closer to the monitor. The glasses were supposed to be in between reading and computer use. Carried on wearing old glasses. Received a letter some 4 weeks after stating they had lost my NHS forms, and have asked me to sign once again. So all in all 1 out of 5 for the poor service. Previous to this had used Stevenage Specsavers with no problems at all.
