  I would avoid these so called specialists! First of all i was booked in for a minor service on my VW and when i turned up on the day i was told they are too busy despite that a booking was made more than a week in advance. Second one i had no choice and i had to use them to fit 4 tyres i purchased online. Two months prior i was chaged £30 to have two tyres fitted. This time i was charged £100. I asked why and the "specialist" told me that these are runflat tyres and they are more expensive. I was also told that if the balance is out for the first 3000-4000 miles is because the wheels are square when new and it takes time to wear in. I must admit i have never heard that before. I did not want to react any way. I would avoid at any cost this garage. There are other better garages around Hitchin. Con artist!
