  I booked an appointment with The White Wardrobe on the Saturday 18th November. It was my first ever bridal appointment so i was slightly nervous because i did not know what to expect, however i had a warm welcome from Zoe and Nicola, which instantly put me at ease. I was then asked to choose 6 dresses, there were so many beautiful ones to choose from so it took me a few minutes but i was reassured not to rush this. Zoe, Nicola's assistant, helped me during the appointment and she was friendly, knowledgeable with what style suited my shape and so relaxed. I took my mum and mother -in-law to be and they really enjoyed the experience, we all had a laugh together. Nicola, the owner, was also there to give me a second professional opinion. In the end i had found 'The One' after only trying on 2 dresses previously! I truly felt incredible and in a style that i had not expected would suit me, thank you for giving me a confidence boost and picking this dress for me. I cannot recommend Nicola and Zoe enough, they are not pushy at all for a sale and at the minimum ensure that you come away knowing what style suits you overall. If you are looking for a special, down to earth, professional experience then this is the place to go. I am already counting down until i can try on my dress again! Thank you for making the experience everything i had wanted.

  Fantastic service from start to finish from Nicola at White Wardrobe. She offered above and beyond customer service from the moment I stepped foot in her shop with my mum. Nicola was patient, listening to what I was after for my wedding dress. When I wasn't feeling comfortable in the dresses I was originally picking out, Nicola offered her suggestions and expertise and from there, helped me find my perfect dream dress. A style completely different to what I would have originally tried but suited me so much. The moment I tried my dress on I knew it was the one, feeling like a princess and so comfortable. Nicola thank you so much - for how accommodating you are and for helping me to find my dress. I had nothing but compliments all day and kept it on for the whole of my wedding day including my veil. I honestly felt like a princess. Nicola also put me in contact with the lady who did my alterations and another lady who did our beautiful flowers. I'd highly recommend the white wardrobe to everyone. Thanks again Nicola xx

  What can I say that hasn't already been said. Called the shop short notice after being less than happy with another local boutique and even though they were busy they manages to squeeze me in. With the wedding being only 4 months away I was really beginning to panic but Nicola put me at ease (and provided lots of tissues after my mini meltdown!). I left an hour later feeling like I was on cloud 9, more than happy at my choice of dress, and so grateful for her help and advice.
