  Possibly the second best store in hitchin after Marks and Spencers. The store offers fantastic value for money on big brands from a broad range of departments. Store is big, clean and tidy, departments within are laid out well, stock availability is very good, even unbeatable value for money offers are always available. All goes to show how well the store is run my its manager and the staff. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. A real credit to the company. Have always liked Wilko as a company, they have good values and they genuinely care about their customers. If I was to have a minus it would be shoplifting is quite prolific in the store and the tills can be really slow at opening the drawer.
